Unit Assignment

April 16, 2020

Health Canada recommends that children aged 5-11 years should accumulate at least 60 minutes of moderate- to vigorous-intensity physical activity daily. This should include: Vigorous-intensity activities at least 3 days per week. Activities that strengthen muscle and bone at least 3 days per week. That being said, your assignment will be to record your daily physical activities to ensure that you complete the recommended minimal standards. An activity log calendar is located under the activity logs icon at the top of the main page. Check out the Weekly Challenge and the other activities we recommend for your grade level and have some fun!
