June BOKS    Challenge

For the remainder of the month   I would like you to do the Boks June    challenge

Weekly Challenge June 1-7

30

30 MIN WALK/JOG

SKIP,HOP,GALOP

 

Go outside and enjoy the warmth by walking with your family, dog or friends. Try to explore different places and see if you can find some lupins and sage.

30 MIN KICKING SOCCER BALL

Practice kicking and passing the soccer ball to the wall or with a friend. You can set up some target such as a garbage can or shoes or a tree.

30 MIN YOGA/DANCE

I would like you to do the yoga poses from 

the mental health page.

Also do two or three zumba/cardio dances from the cardio/fitness page.

30 MIN BIKE/ROLL

 

 

 

Go outside and roll (bike, roller skates, ski skates, skateboard, scooter) with the sun for 30 minutes

( No wheels no problem)

Walk, job, skip, hop, galop

30 MIN OF SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Practice your throwing and catching skills by playing catch with someone (tennis ball, softball, or any ball) or by throwing a ball against a wall. Try not to drop the ball for as long as you can and/or pick some targets and try to hit as many as possible.

Try to do the plank for 30 seconds. You can do this with your arms straight or on your elbows. Keep your core strong.

Do it 3 times this week, while counting to 30 in French

Find a set of stairs and go up and down 30 times.

You can also find a steep hill and try to go up and down 30 times.

You can also do these indoor.You also can do 15 times one day and do it again on another day.

Go outside and enjoy the warmth by walking with your family, dog or friends. Try to explore different places and notice the beauty around you.

snowballs throw

Take advantage of the melting snow by making 30 snow balls. Make yourself a target (tree, garbage can, snowman, picture of your gym teacher) and try to hit your target as many times as possible.

(No snow no problem)

Use a ball or  rolled up socks

Remember to start with the opposite arm and leg

Do 30 mountain climber. Start in a push up position then bring one knee up and alternate.
