Welcome to the grade 2-3 Physical Education site.

We encourage you to stay active during this time by doing our weekly challenge. I will try my best to update the challenge every week so make sure to look at the new challenges weekly.

We also invite you to keep track and write down all your activities in the ACTIVITY LOG provided for each months. Health Canada recommends that children do 60 min of physical activity daily, track it see if you can do it!  Set yourself some goals and I know you can do it!

Cardio /fitness if you like to dance, do zumba, skipping rope or workout
