JUMP ROPE PROGRAM

If you have a jump rope at home here’s a fun program to get started.

DICE WORK OUT (10 min)

If you have a dice from one of your board game at home here’s an activity you could do.

 

1-frog jumps (knees out hands touch in)       4- 360 crab (crab position turn on the spot)

2-jumping jacks                                                             5- skier jacks (pretend you are skiing on the spot)

3- running on the spot                                               6- sit ups (lie on your back knees in and out)

 

Roll the dice and do the activity that correspond for 30 sec, rest for 30 sec.

Play for 10 min.
