Go for a light jog -Alternate between 5 minute jog and 1 minute fast walking for 30 minutes.

Bike, hike, jump on a trampoline, roller blade, skate board, scooter around for 30 minutes

minutes of skill development

​

Practice your throwing and catching skills by playing catch with someone (football, softball, or any ball) or by throwing a ball against a wall. Try not to drop the ball for as long as you can and/or pick some targets and try to hit as many as possible. 

​

You can also practice any other skill, like striking a ball or balloon using your hand, trowing a basketball, taking shots on a hockey net, practicing your footwork and kicking skills for soccer. 

​

Be creative, there are so many things to try and do!
